- We provide timely service.
- We can count on-site and pay immediate commissions.
- We pay you a generous share of the income generated.
- We offer month-to-month and long-term Leases.
- Laundry room improvements are available.
- Other financial incentives available.
- Green Equipment - State of the Art, Energy Efficient and 100% American Made
- Vending Technologies - Cash, Credit Card and/or Smart Card
- Resident Service - Timely Payment of Refunds and Damaged Clothes Claims
- Equipment Service - Same or Next Business Day Response
- Laundry Room Improvements - Laundry room rehabilitation is available.
- Commission Rent Options - 25%-75% Fixed and Variable Rate Plans
Our Rental Plan:
- We deliver and install coin-operated commercial washers and dryers.
- Included in the fixed rate monthly rent is complete service or replacement.
- You collect the coins and pay us a fixed monthly rent.
Our Sales Plan:
- You purchase the equipment.
- You receive the tax benefits.
- We are available to service the machines at a pre-negotiated rate.
